Albert Ollé
Chairman
Mr Ollè was a founder of Difusió Telemarketing Grup, S.A. (DTG), in 1989, leader in customer relationship management (CRM) solutions. In 1995 the company established itself as the most profitable telemarketing company in the country, and as the first independent company without companies from the world of finance or banking as shareholders in it. The company merged with Teletech Inc., Ltd. (Nasdaq TTEC) in 2000. Albert Ollé became European president of the company, and was appointed as a member of the Group’s International Board. Plenary session member of the Cámara Oficial de Comercio, Industria y Navegación de Barcelona, Member of the Board of Directors of the Caixa d’ Estalvis i Pensions de Barcelona, and of the Advisory Council of the European University. Chairman of Corporación Financiera Valora and Fundación Corporación Valora. He went on ESADE Business School’s extended program in General Managers in 1992, and on the IESE Business School’s one in Senior Management in 2002.
Ramón Carné

Partner in MERCAPITAL. Mr Carné became part of the Mercapital team in 1992. Previously he had worked as the Financial Director for Torras Papiers France, a French subsidiary of Grupo Torras Hostench. Between 1987 and 1989 he operated as Project Officer for the company Procter & Gamble Spain in Barcelona. He is a member of the Boards of Directors of Lasem, Bodegas Lan, Grupo Ka Internacional, Xfera, Broadnet, Grupo Logístico Santos and Cobra. Mr Ramón Carné holds an MBA from the INSEAD Business School (1991) and a qualification in Industrial Engineering (1987), courtesy of the UPC-Barcelona Tech (Universidad Politécnica de Cataluña).

Luis Guillermo Plata

Ex Minister of Trade, Industry and Tourism of Colombia during the last Uribe mandate. A former consultant from McKinsey & Co., successful entrepreneur and former CEO of Proexport, Colombia’s export, tourism and investment promotion agency. For three consecutive years he was awarded with the World Bank’s "Doing Business" Top Ten Reformers Award. He was selected as one of the Young Global Leaders by the World Economic Forum, and was granted the highest award given by the Young President’s Organization (YPO), The International Legacy Award. For three consecutive times he has been nominated as one of the 5 Best Business Leaders in Colombia, and was bestowed with the Order of Democratic Merit by the Colombian Senate.
Isabel Aguilera

Ms. Aguilera held the position of President for several leading technology companies such as General Electric Spain and Portugal, Dell Computer Spain, and Google Spain. Ms. Aguilera also held the position of Global Chief Operating Officer for NH Hotels. Due to her vast experience across multiple sectors, today Ms. Aguilera is an independent advisor for Indra Systems and Twindocs; member on the Advisory Councils for Farmaindustria, Ikor and Mutua Pelayo; leading speaker for Thinking Heads and the London Speakers Bureau; and founder of IMÁN Coaching Empresarial. Ms. Aguilera hold degrees in Architecture and Urbanism and achieved her MBA from the Instituto de Empresa, PDG by IESE and ADEL by the institute of San Telmo.
