Our team of experts at Emergia is dedicated to managing the relationships between other companies and their customers. From contact centers with the most advanced facilities, we interact with the customers from various industries and government offices. We manage call issue and reception campaigns, telesales, front and back office, helpdesk, technical support etc. by phone, fax, online instant messaging programs, text message, and other channels and forms of technology.
