Interactions occur day in a day out that are managed by our staff professionally and proficiently. This interaction takes place over the phone, via a chat line or email with our employees taking customer requests for diverse reasons: perhaps it is to answer a technical support call or to sell a customer a new service or product. In a nutshell, we devote ourselves to something as simple, and as complex, as customer service.
