Emergia Customer Care was created in 2005, and is led by a group of professionals with an average of 10 years’ experience in the industry,who wish to break away from the traditional models of the contact center industry, and set up a new type of company. The founders of Emergia created a management and support approach that is oriented towards the alignment of our client’s requirements with our capabilities.
In order to do this, Emergia applied a new company model based on the strategic alignment of objectives. Focused on merging the objectives of our clients with those of Emergia itself, this model is reinforced by a high level of flexibility and a continuous commitment to improving the customer experience, while searching for the best possible value-added solutions. Our goal is to become part of our of clients strategic discussions and earn a seat at the planning and development table where both strategy and tactics form to become a world class solution.
