Emergia Customer Care was created in early 2005, and is led by a group of profesionals with an average of 10 years’ experience in the sector, who wish to break away from the traditional models of the contact center industry, and set up a new type of company. The founders of Emergia then decided to opt for an alternative kind of management, supporting, from the beginning, an approach that was completely geared towards the requirements of the company’s customers.

In order to do this, Emergia applies a new company model based on the strategic alignment of objectives. Focussed on merging the objectives of the company with those of Emergia itself, this model is reinforced by a high level of flexibility and a continuous commitment to the search for value-added solutions for the customer.
