Business Development

In 1989 he founded the Difusió Telemarketing Group S.A. (DTG), leading company in tele services and CRM -Customer Relationship Management- solutions for first level organizations in the sectors of banking, telecommunications, financial services and government.
In 1995 he consolidated DTG as the first telephone marketing company in revenue at the national level, and first independent national company with no participation of financial or banking groups. As of this date, the growth of the company has been unstoppable, and achieved a total of 4,500 workers, with presence in 7 Spanish cities.

In 1998, the British capital and risk group 3i Europe bought part of the shares and decided to become part of the project as investors of the company, with 35% of participation by capital extension, thus giving the impulse to their internationalization plans that would end a year later.

In 2000, in their tenth anniversary, DTG merged with the North American multinational Teletech Inc., Ltd., which is listed in the stock exchange market (Nasdaq TTEC) and is present in 12 countries. In that moment, Albert Ollé assumed the European Presidency, and was appointed member of the Group World Council, making Barcelona be the host city of the new European Headquarters of the multinational in the new central offices that DTG has in the 22@ district of this city.

Currently, he is President of the Valora Financial Corporation XXI, a financial investment corporation whose activities started in 1998, and whose investments are channeled by means of a triple flow, structured in their three divisions: Financial, Real Estate and Private Equity; in addition, he is the president of the Valora Foundation. The Corporation brings together companies with activities in different sectors (technology, real estate, teaching, publishing, etc.). Among them, there is the company Presence Technology, of which he is the current president.
